Egypt Expo and Convention Authority announces the opening of reservations for the 54th session of the Cairo International Fair.

Egypt Expo and Convention Authority (EECA) announced the opening of reservations for the 54th session of the Cairo International Fair (CIF), which is scheduled to be held from September 30 to October 8, at the Cairo International Convention and Exhibition Center.
Mrs. Mai Assal, Chairwoman, of EECA, said that the exhibition this year is held on an area of 25,000 square meters and has a great participation of countries, foreign companies, government sectors, and various local sectors like: clothing, furnishings, carpets, furniture, electrical appliances and chemical industries. For the first time the exhibition will witness a new participation of school supplies, due to the fact that the exhibition coincides with the beginning of the new school year.
Assal stressed that EECA is keen to encourage local industries and products for its great role in boosting the national economy and within the framework of the state support for local industries and products. Noting that EECA has launched an initiative to encourage local trade and industry, it has decided to give special offers and benefits in the case of participating in the next 54th and 55th sessions of the exhibition. This is to encourage citizens to buy local products and thus contribute to achieving many gains for the state and the egyptian citizens.
